I’m Janos, founder and director of the HMO Advice Group. I have a 15 years’ experience in the sector, and while I’m competent in all aspects of converting, licensing and running an HMO, my main focus is licensing with space optimisation and overseeing complex HMO conversion projects.
The key to successful conversion is to see the big picture and arrange the small details based on that, and that’s where I can help you.
Will
I’m Will, I have almost 10 years experience in the HMO sector.
I have dealt with almost all sides of running & managing HMO properties.
My key focus points are the day to day managing of HMO properties, including scheduling required maintenance works, sourcing new suitable tenants for properties.
Finding the right people for the right property is a key factor in creating a successful HMO, alongside with keeping the property in good condition for tenants living there. Without these things a HMO could turn into a nightmare rather than a successful enterprise.
Chris
I’m Chris and I have worked in the HMO sector for a number of years! My speciality is to source properties that will make the best HMO’s for our clients.
It gives me great satisfaction to support my clients from point of purchase to legalisation to the point the property is a thriving HHO business and my client is enjoying maximum possible returns!
I also enjoy the challenge of converting commercial units to residential HMO’s as it’s so rewarding when all the effort pays off!

I’m Agnes, and apart from being a proud mother to my daughters, my true passion lies in the art of cleaning and property upkeep. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, I ensure that every property under our management is regularly and thoroughly cleaned.
My goal is twofold: to provide our valued residents with a consistently tidy and comfortable living environment, and simultaneously to safeguard the quality and longevity of our landlords’ investments throughout our dedicated management. I’m Laz, and as the Head Engineer for all our property conversions and crucial fire safety upgrades, I lead a dedicated team committed to excellence. Our skills and experience allow us to transform properties to meet the highest standards of safety and functionality.
